Since 2004 Sandbar has been helping our community to “Go Solar” and we have made this an easy process.  Our knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff has many years of design and installation experience.  We offer turn-key solar systems for any situation, including off-grid and battery back-up systems, which will have you saving thousands of dollars in electricity bills over the system’s life.  It’s our goal to provide cost-effective guaranteed solutions for your energy independence.  We take pride in successfully completing difficult jobs that other companies won’t touch.

Electricity is expensive, with costs increasing by 6.5% a year.  What would you be spending on electricity over the next 30 years?  Solar is a predictable investment, with a great return, which puts you in control of your energy needs.  The choice is easy: prepay for clean, locally-generated electricity for 25 years at today’s rates or continue to be at the mercy of PG&E.
We give you the option of buying a system outright or leasing a system as a service.  While buying a system will obviously give you larger financial benefits over a system’s life, getting into a lease with no money down fixes your electric rates for the next 10-15 years.  Either option saves money on your monthly bills and allows you to produce green clean energy.
Government Incentives pay for about 40% of the system cost.  California Solar Initiative rebate (based on system production- about 10% of system cost) levels are dropping fast; going solar now gets you locked into the highest available rebate level.  Also available is a 30% tax credit (based on system cost). This credit comes directly off the amount of income tax you owe, dollar for dollar.
